For all the trials and tribulations, felt thankful to get this far. But could not help but feeling disappointed that it had started so strangely. Rain, leak, unprepared for a different river...... By trip's end, I was glad it turned out this way. The boats all performed well the entire trip and there were no major issues if you exclude the dwindling beer supply and rapidly filling crapper (we should have selected the larger container).
