The day started nice but didn't hold. Is there anything good to be said about up canyon winds? Just didn't have the tourist bug this trip and did little hiking or sightseeing. One of the few stops was this petroglyph panel. Difficult to get the entire panel in a picture due to the small tree in front. Surprised that no one had cut the tree down before noticing the attached BLM metal tag asking to not cut the tree down. This signature impressed us as well. Any history on it? Wind in the canyon forced us into a little used campsite below Fretwater Falls which worked. With only two people, life seemed simple.
