Day 6 - Honaker Trail to Johns Canyon

After years of backpacking minimalism, not only am I starting to get used to breakfasts like this, but expect them. It was Hop Sing's first river trip and we fed him well, although his dinner attire was a little lacking. After a week on the river, we had our rhythm and idiosyncrasies. The groover got setup about three steps from where it came off the boat with no thought of privacy. At this point, we had not seen anyone since 8 foot rapid and would not until Slickhorn Canyon. Johns Canyon probably the plushest campsite, what with the swimming pool and tents amongst the grass. Ross rapid, which we first ran and then scouted, was the only stop of the day.
