Was stunned at how difficult it was for myself and other solo boaters to park. Took a committed banzai charge to do it. Started letting Lori first hop out of the raft and then pull in when things stabilized. We knew finding a decent camp was going to be an issue but lucked out and got a nice spot. Other groups came by looking but was too early for sharing. This group stopped just downstream at a most unlikely location, but made it work via a steep hike uphill through the cane and bush. Think most people realized a known, private camp was a bonus, not a given this month.
