Slickrock has two small, unimproved ramps which were not crowded at 5 PM. Morning launches were chaos as each became a bottleneck. River rose enough that night to cover the sandbar between the ramps. Very much enjoyed the rest of the drive to Bedrock through Paradox Valley. Arrived at the RAP parking lot two hours before dark which was early enough to snag a roof over my head. Counted 38 vehicles in the parking lot with several late arrivals camping where they could. Fortunately one of the arrivals were the Voog's, my companions for the trip.
