Winkelman Flats Public Park serves as the exit RAP and parking lot. It's a comfortable spot to rig/unrig at although some have reported being stopped for speeding in the park. View upriver from the park. Upstream side of the river-wide strainer located at the Dripping Springs RAP while this is the downstream view. River-wide cable/fence requires lining up to hit the opening but think the slats would push-up if forced. It is a pleasant half-day paddle with no rapids although the water can be brisk in spots.
