Gravel bars becoming harder to clear but excursions out of the boat to clear strainers and shallow sections were minimal. Proving there is no limit to stupidity and bad paddling, managed to pin and swim at this innocuous looking spot. Lunch was not especially scenic or particularly tasty as I finished off sardines that had been on many trips but never eaten. Mark and Bryan both bird aware so the eagle sightings always noteworthy.
