Day 5 - River Mile 34 to Box Canyon Campground

This tree hazard is as low a clearance as an AIRE Lynx and Tomcat will fit under. The Soar also managed but only because of a sharp spike in pucker factor. Although Mark and I hate to see the trip end, we want off-water early in order to be home tonight. Bryan will stay local and sightsee. So it's a steady paddle downriver through increasingly more open land. Once we pass the Gila-Cliff gauge, there is less than a mile remaining. Momentary panic as there is no out vehicle so leave Mark riverside while Bryan and I try to find the shuttle. Only gone five minutes when we meet shuttle convoy entering the campground. Life is good.
