Did not take long to rig the two canoes and two IK's and then we are on river. We knew the scenery would initially not be world-class but did not have to work very hard before it gradually became better. This gave Bonner a chance to adjust to the canoe. We took a short lunch break before proceeding down to Trin-Alcove Canyon. As expected, the canyon was too crowded for a camp. The Green has wildlife to be seen, but not a lot. We establish a comfortable camp at mile 86.5 where the only picture of the groover is taken before it becomes lost at sea. Home sweet home.
