Despite fears for the future, the wind is over. Bowknot Bend will be our next hike and it is a good one once we finally figure out where to park and where the trail starts. Boats gradually disappear into little specks as we approach the ridge line. Views are nice and there is even some shade to hide in. Although we walk out and look at the Post Office, we do not add our names.
