Even with breaking camp at dawn, it was dodgy getting back to Antelope Point. Overloaded kayak and waves that were a lot bigger and confused than they look in the photos. Actually not comfortable on the water. Just made it to the parking lot before rain of a biblical fashion fell. Mini-waterfalls off every cliff wall. Weather turned just beautiful for days after this storm. Met a fellow kayaker who launched that morning and got caught in the deluge. Overturned twice and had a difficult time self-rescuing against the cliff wall. Ended up with a large gash on the thigh.
