Five hour commute from Green River to Sand Wash. The wash itself was in good shape but the dirt road section going in was slow. Mosquitoes were a presence but tolerable during rigging. The mud bog made rigging even more unpleasant than normal. Being second in line to launch also created two cycles of staging/moving all our gear. Although a lot of shore frontage, there was only one small spot that offered non-muck access to the river. Was 4:30 before we gladly watched Sand Wash fade away into the distance. Sand Wash video.
