The warning usually associated with Tusher is that at low flows, embedded rebar and other debris can be boat-destroyers. At 3500 CFS, none of these are apparent. Compare this same location with Warren Musselman's

of the hazard at just below 2000 CFS. The general consensus seemed to be that at higher levels, the dam could be ran essentially anywhere. At lower levels, an extreme left side notch seems the best option. At our 3500 flow, this
channel was fairly open
