Day 2 - Travertine Falls to Spencer Canyon

With the late start and swimming rapids, we didn't have much time to make miles. We stopped at 236.7 mile camp for a sandwich and cookie lunch. Drifted by Separation Canyon before realizing the rest of the group would hike to view the Powell placard. Floated solo for an hour in the quiet which is always pleasant before everyone caught up. It was getting late in the day as we approached the beach at Spencer Canyon. This campsite has excellent upriver views with a selection of camping spots. Unfortunately, most of those are known to this little guy. Grooving in the rain.
