Day 4 - Pearce Ferry to South Cove

The first two hours on-river today consisted of swapping boats. It was amazing the difference in seating, power, stroke geometry, and overall fit between the boats. Decided I like my boat just fine although wish it was bigger. Notice the twenty foot high silt banks. In addition to making river egress difficult, they were a hazard with their constant collapsing. Current ceased with the appearance of the wider shoreline and bathtub ring. The end of the Colorado River and the beginning of Lake Mead.
