The section past Lime Creek to the RAP at Mexican Hat is not one of my favorites. In fact, that last mile and a half can be a brutal slog. Went by easy enough today with the usual photos of the Hat: Andrew and Jimmy, Charles, and Ken and Terrie. My vehicle was left at Mexican Hat while everyone else was shuttling from Clay Hills. We replenished the continuing boats with ice and water while I de-rigged and made my exit. From this point on, I have no direct experience with the rest of the trip.
