Got down into the twenties last night. Frost on everything with heavy mist on the river. Only a five minute hike from camp to River House Ruin which somewhat surprised us by being very nice. In fact, the whole morning was so nice it made for an impromptu layover day. Fortunately for digital cameras, film is cheap as we took hundreds of ruin shots this day. We expected to be overrun with other visitors, but had the place to ourselves until a Tag commercial group showed late in the day.
