It was a very fast day on the water and we covered the 24 miles in a little over 3 hours. There was a huge hole river left in Little Joe Rapid but no one had trouble in any of the rapids. We scouted Big Joe Rapid but only because it gave an opportunity to stretch. We initially thought there would be little chance to make the mileage and still stop at Signature Cave but there was plenty of time to park and explore. Although well known for the graffiti, the backlit photographs are as popular.
